Working here

Real problems, real hardware, honest engineering.

Climate technology is not a straight line from idea to impact. We move fast, but we respect physics, safety and evidence. We are looking for people who stay constructive when the first version does not work — because in real engineering, the first version is usually just the opening argument.

You would join early, work close to the technology, and see your decisions show up in equipment that gets built, tested and operated. We combine electrochemistry, seawater chemistry, mineral processing, marine systems and environmental monitoring — so there is a lot to learn, and a lot that depends on getting the details right.

We are hiring across engineering and research as we move from validated pilot conditions toward demonstration and scale-up. Select a role for the full description.

Engineering
Senior Mechanical Engineer

Lead the mechanical design of our modular demonstration system — from concept and skids through fabrication, commissioning and field operation. This is not a paper-only role.

Research
Senior Researcher

Strengthen the science behind the process — chemistry, measurement, mass balances and the evidence base for responsible scale-up.

Geoscience & Engineering
Engineering Geologist

Connect mineral science with practical process development — from geological variability and feedstock characterisation through mineral reactivity, material handling, and industrial-scale operation.

Marine Science
Oceanographer

Understand how our technology interacts with the real ocean — from currents, mixing, and seawater properties through field monitoring, dispersion modelling, and responsible marine deployment.
