Working here

Real problems, real hardware, honest engineering.

Climate technology is not a straight line from idea to impact. We move fast, but we respect physics, safety and evidence. We are looking for people who stay constructive when the first version does not work — because in real engineering, the first version is usually just the opening argument.

You would join early, work close to the technology, and see your decisions show up in equipment that gets built, tested and operated. We combine electrochemistry, seawater chemistry, mineral processing, marine systems and environmental monitoring — so there is a lot to learn, and a lot that depends on getting the details right.

Don’t see your exact role?

If your experience fits the mission but no role matches exactly, tell us what you would build — we would still like to hear from you.
